Return & Refund Policy Thanks for shopping at RENSHAW'S PERSONAL TRAINING. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

1. Please email Customer Support at support@renshawspt.shop and prior to sending return, notify us of your intent to make a return.

2. Refunds may take at least one week to process.

3. Dietary Supplement reimbursement requests will only be considered if the respective dietary supplement is in the original packaging and the contents have not been completely used (we do not accept empty tubs / bags.)

4. To be considered for a refund, Renshaw’s Personal Training must receive the respective item within ninety (90) days of the item’s purchase date. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase.

5. With regard to all returns, Purchaser is responsible for procuring the shipment and for the merchandise arriving at:
